## Regulations covered

- **GPSR** — General Product Safety Regulation (EU 2023/988). Applies to all businesses selling physical products to EU consumers. In force since December 2024.
- **EAA** — European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882). Requires WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility for ecommerce websites serving EU customers. Enforceable from June 2025.
- **WCAG 2.1 AA** — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines used as the technical standard for EAA.
